What Is Your Returns Policy?
All returns are accepted unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all original parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.
How Fast Can My Parcel Be Delivered?
Typically product deliveries arrive within 3-5 days and can be delivered between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday.
How Do I Track My Order?
Each order is provided with a tracking number. You may search your tracking number through UPS.
Do We Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
